New NSU President Tony Atwater

Black and Gay in the African American Community

At noon on July 15, 2011 a new chapter begins for Another View

Because of state budget cuts it has become necessary to discontinue the Another View on TV.  Instead, we are moving it to 89.5 WHRV-FM.  The show will expand to an hour and continue its mission to “discuss the issues and celebrate the successes of the African American community”.

Our debut radio show features our round table pundits who share their insights on issues facing the Black community.  Join Virginian-Pilot columnist Roger Chesley, NSU political science professor Carol Pretlow, community activist Bill Thomas and journalist, author and talk show host Wil LaVeist as they square off on the next Another View, Friday, July 15 at NOON on 89.5 WHRV-FM, and always on anotherviewradio.org.
